AGREEMENT:
For and in consideration of the above
Option Fee, Provider hereby offers Customer an Option To Purchase CapeCoralDDS.com for
$16,000.00. This Option To Purchase is only valid
for actively leased domain names under the following terms and conditions:
CONDITIONS:
This Option To Purchase CapeCoralDDS.com is only available:
(1) If said Option Fee is paid in full with the original acquisition of
CapeCoralDDS.com.
or
(2) If Provider offers Customer in writing an opportunity to acquire an
Option To Purchase at a later date. Any offer to acquire an Option To Purchase
for CapeCoralDDS.com shall expire 30 days from the date of offering unless otherwise
specified.
If Customer does not purchase an Option To Purchase
CapeCoralDDS.com from Provider; then Provider options shall
include but not be limited to any the following:
(1) The right not to sell CapeCoralDDS.com, at any price, to Customer.
(2) The right to make an appraisal of the current and/or future value of
the CapeCoralDDS.com website and set a sales price for the
domain name CapeCoralDDS.com at any amount desired without
regard to appraisal or valuation. The Option Purchase Price shall not be
available to Purchaser.
TERM:
This Option To Purchase shall expire,
terminate and become null and void if any of the following occur:
(1) Purchaser fails to renew the lease term of CapeCoralDDS.com and permits the lease
to expire.
(2) Purchaser fails to renew any renewal or extended lease term of CapeCoralDDS.com and permits
the lease to expire.
(3) Purchaser notifies Provider in writing that he does not intend to renew
his Option To Purchase CapeCoralDDS.com. In this case the Option To Purchase shall
expire upon the end of the current term of payment.
EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO RENEW:
Prior to the expiration
of the Option To Purchase term or the expiration of any renewal term,
Customer shall have the exclusive right to renew the Option To Purchase
CapeCoralDDS.com.
Option Fee & Option Purchase Price Guarantee:
Purchaser is guaranteed to renew his Option To Purchase at the same low price
with a small adjustment for inflation.
(1) Upon any renewal term, Provider, at Provider's option, shall have the
right to increase the Option Fee based on the CPI* from the original date of service.
(2) If Customer exercises his Option To Purchase at any time after the
original purchase term, then Provider, at Provider's option, shall have the
right to increase the Option Purchase Price based on the CPI* from the
original date of service to the date of purchase.
DEFINITIONS:
Option Purchase Price: The Option Purchase Price
is the price that our Customer may purchase the ownership of CapeCoralDDS.com.
This amount ($16,000.00) shall be paid in United States Dollars.
The Option Purchase Price is subject to a small CPI* adjustment for inflation any time
after the original purchase term.
Option Fee: The Option Fee
(Annual) or Option Fee (Monthly) is
non-refundable. The amount paid does not reduce the Option Purchase Price if
the Option To Purchase is exercised. The Option Fee serves as consideration to
Provider for maintaining the Option Purchase Price at a pre-determined amount
without regard to any future profit or value of the CapeCoralDDS.com website.
Option Fee (Annual): This is the fee required each
year to maintain the Option To Purchase CapeCoralDDS.com.
This $200.00 fee is in addition to the
annual rent of $800.00. The fee is due up front for multiple
year purchases and is not subject to any multi-year discount, which may be offered on domain
rental. The Option Fee (Annual) is subject to a small CPI* adjustment upon
renewal of the Option To Purchase.
Option Fee (Monthly): This is the fee required
each month to maintain the Option To Purchase for CapeCoralDDS.com.
This $20.00 fee is in addition to the monthly
rent of $79.95. This fee is due up front for multiple
month purchases and is not subject to any multi-month discount, which may be offered on domain rental.
The Option Fee (Monthly) is subject to a small CPI* adjustment upon renewal of the Option To Purchase.

serves as acknowledgement that both parties have read, fully understand, and
approve this Option To Purchase Addendum for CapeCoralDDS.com
